labor day!

we had such a fun labor day

it turns out having a day off work when you work a real job is extra awesome!

we were so happy to have michael home with us

first we went to the zoo

and we pretended we were foxes

and birds

michael took his role as daddy bird very seriously..

 olive was the mommy bird :)

 eleanor rode a little tiger

then we shopped at target

and used burger king and cold stone gift cards from michael's parents

(thank you!)

...

then michael's friend (from byu and work) and his wife and baby came over

which was....awkward but fine.. 

...

and then we went for one last swim at the pool before it closed

it's only open from memorial day to labor day

michael and noah jumped in together 

and the kids were happy to go one last time

it was a super fun extra day off!
