olive is four!

i can NOT believe olive is 4!

now we have an 8, 6, 4, 2, and 3 month old

holla!

here's one last picture as a three year old

 somehow olive and henry ended up in our bed this morning

and they were holding hands

isn't that the cutest?

ps.sometimes olive can't be bothered to wear pajamas

and we're ok with that

 all decorated and ready for her

 olive knew about almost all of her presents

including a plastic playhouse we got off craigslist for $20 and apparently didn't hide well enough

but what she didn't know was that this car came with it

and she was SOOO happy!

one of the things she said she wanted for her birthday was clothes

and she helped me pick some cute shirts at the gap outlet a few days ago

including this one

i love it

(i'm guessing she doesn't love that everything she owns used to be hazels)

 just some jumping shots 

 the kids have had so much fun with this jeep already

olive is so pretty

for breakfast we had pancakes and apple juice

 for lunch we had a little party at mcdonalds next to michael's work

we're fancy like that

 we even took her cake

she chose a doc mcstuffins cake

and she calls her new playhouse a doc mcstuffins house

 when we got home we blew up olive's new pool 

and the kids had fun swimming

except at first they were all way jealous of olive's little boat

eventually she let them have turns in it

 of course the slide became a water slide

and that was about the extent of our celebrating

because we took an impromptu little road trip

...

admittedly all the birthdays were pretty lame this year 

compared to years past

but...oh well

i just had a baby and we just moved

i think michael likes them toned down anyway..

...

and that my friends is the end of birthday season...holla!
