hazel is NINE!

sweet hazel had her birthday last week and she's nine!

 me and the littles took her lunch

 after school we let her open her present from michael's parents and the one we got her

 she was stoked with the fitness tracking watch and noah was instantly jealous

hazel opted out of more gifts and instead to have a date with me

 that evening we had a party for hazel and her friends

 it was an ice cream party

so happy

 opening her presents from her friends

we played musical chairs and pin the cherry on the ice cream cone and then

they played in the backyard

 singing to the birthday girl

 pinata time

 it was a great party

and the next day we had our big date

we started with a movie. we finally saw beauty and the beast

 then we went to the mall for manicures and shopping

 she picked this panda beanie boo and a locket

 for dinner she wanted to go to the cheesecake factory

 we wore the matching shirts i made us

i love that she wanted a big date for her birthday present

she is such a sweet girl

and said it was the best birthday present ever

i'm so grateful we have hazel
