i was a little wiped out after all the partying for birthdays we'd been doing and not as prepared for easter as i typically am
but it's ok
we made it
we were surprised with a little front yard easter egg hunt from an anonymous
easter bunny first thing in the morning on saturday
so sweet!
we went to the neighborhood/ward easter egg hunt
the kids loved it
henry chatting it up with the bishop
cute boys waiting for it to start
jude holding on to his first easter egg ever!
then we happened upon another easter egg hunt at an elementary school
right before it started
michael and the kids hopped the fence and barely made it
i loved watching them hop the fence and run over in the knick of time
cafe rio for lunch
cutest little easter bunny
all ready for the kids to find on easter
chirp came in for the festivities
all ready for Easter Sunday
we take lots of pictures to get any good ones with six little people
the boys (and chirp)
henry insisted on holding jude :)
jude's first easter
just the girls (and chirp)
hazel took one of us, too
during teacher training....
the best picture i got of easter dinner
i think michael has poured water on a professional level
when i told michael that henry's nursery leader told me henry bit her husband during nursery
michael was appalled and made him walk over with a treat to apologize
they were very touched and henry promised to never bite them again
the kids insisted on one more easter egg hunt in the backyard sunday afternoon
so we abliged but it wasn't great (some only had a penny or one candy or just a cracked egg)
we thought we were hilarious
it was a really nice easter
kids make everything more fun
