halloween 2016

we had such a good halloween

the kids aren't allowed to celebrate halloween at school (lame!) but they could still wear their halloween shirts

they're so cute!

 and i love that we've kept this themed clothing for halloween going since noah was a baby

 our little pumpkin was four weeks old on halloween

 during the day eleanor went to preschool and dressed up as a clown (but i didn't get a picture)

and after preschool we went and had lunch with michael at burger king by his work

and then the kids got home from school and we had a pumpkin pizza for dinner

 and got our costumes on

jude was the cutest little puppy (toto) even if his mother made his costume a little snug

 hazel went as dorothy because the shoes fit that i bought on clearance a few years ago :)

 the wizard of oz!

michael was the wizard, henry the lion, noah the tin-man, olive the evil witch,

eleanor the good witch, me the scarecrow, jude as toto and hazel as dorothy

our ward trunk or treat was that evening so we went there after we got ready

then we came home and had the moody's, hunt's and smith's over for some treats/appetizers 

and trick or treating

 the kids had so much fun together

and karly was awesome and took pictures for me while i nursed jude

 trick or treating

 prepping food

 sorting their candy

 it was seriously such a fun day 

and i loved that we pulled together a group costume with all eight of us

it'll probably never happen again because noah's kind of getting old for it

but it was fun to do it with baby jude
