a week ago we went out to teriyaki as a family
it's always a little wild but we had a good time and it was delicious
afterward we went to the nativity at the stake center
henry wasn't as excited about his role as baby Jesus this year
the next morning was the ward Christmas breakfast
it was a good time and all the cool kids hung out on the stage afterward
volunteering in olive's class once a month is such a good time
she loves it so much
the second graders had a Christmas recital for the parents
it was really cute, i wished i'd brought the good camera
the moody's invited us over for family home evening this week to build gingerbread houses
cute boy and a lot of clean laundry
i baked so much this week
so much
i made caramels and fudge first
eleanor had video day at ballet
it was adorable
she is the cutest ballerina and loves it with all her heart
my cute shopping buddy while the other kids were at school
i have so much fun with this boy
i made tons of toffee this week for our friends and neighbors
all my baking definitely took it's toll on my kitchen
the last thing i baked was tons of cookies for the kids' class parties
henry is the cutest little stool pusher getting his own drinks from the fridge
michael took friday off so we could finish most of our Christmas shopping
and attend the kids' class parties
olive wanted michael to go to hers and i went to the other kids'
friday night we had a fun movie pajama night
we watched how the grinch stole Christmas
tonight we went to an elder's quorum dutch oven cookoff
hazel and jane are the cutest best friends
we braved the mall for a few last minute gifts tonight
we are getting super excited for Christmas next week!!

our computer is basically broken, and apparently i only look at blogs on the computer, so i have seriously missed out on your blogging. i have to say i love your blog. it makes me happy. you have such a happy family and have such a great perspective about the things that aren't so happy!
