 i made the kids try on all their new school clothes to make sure they fit

and noah's were pretty huge on him

i don't know why sizes jump like from 8 to 10 rather than having a size 9

 why is hazel so old looking lately

she wants to wear lipgloss and my earrings and brings her purse with her at all times

 eleanor got her stitches out

luckily michael came with us

 we went to cafe rio for dinner for the first time in months

and then to the mall for some school shopping and treats 

 and maybe a ride

 this little scene cracked me up

 i was pretty happy i'd done so much hair lately

so i could spend some money on myself without feeling guilty

i got new hairspray at aveda, new make up at MAC and sephora and a new hat at forever 21
