ice skating!

we were so excited they built a temporary outdoor ice skating rink near our home

and when my parents sent Christmas money, we decided we should use it for memory making

rather than buying more toys

so tonight for family home evening we went ice skating

the kids got the hang of it super quickly

eleanor only wanted to skate for a little bit

before she switched to the playground right next to it

and i stayed out with henry 

who has been a total trooper despite his first top tooth trying to break through

it was a super fun

but super COLD night (like 41 degrees)

the kids are super anxious to go again soon
