our offer was accepted on this house today
we're sooo excited!
it's the same house as the one we're renting but mirrored
so we know we'll fit
and the garage is a four car instead of three because it's super deep on one side
the yard is over twice as big
with mature plum and apple trees
there was a little bit of a bidding war
but we really wanted the house because it's a good deal
on a great lot
with potential to expand
although it already has the 5 bedrooms and three full baths
so that would be down the road
it'll need a little bit of work to make it our style but we're so excited to get our hands dirty
and make a house our OWN!
it's been a long time coming
we're so happy!
we heard the news that our offer was accepted while school supply shopping at target
we were there trying to distract ourselves because we were on pins and needles waiting

That is so awesome. I'm jealous! Anything like that down here would be around $750,000. We definitely had to settle, but we are happy with what we got. I'm excited to see your house as you make it how you want it!
