oh, life

i think it's safe to say henry is brown eyed.

that makes two brown eyed boys,

two hazel eyes girls,

and eleanor who is mostly blue with big specks of brown

i curled my hair the other day and hazel and olive wanted theirs curled, too

when eleanor got up from her nap i had noah take our picture 

all us curly haired girls

i've started putting eleanor's hair up more

the front is getting so long it's covering her eyes

she doesn't seem to mind it

and it's pretty cute

this picture is the cutest thing i've ever seen

look at those lips!

she eats like half my oatmeal every morning

on top of her own cereal

noah and hazel helped me make snickerdoodles

michael has the magic touch feeding henry rice cereal

he loves it!

i braved taking henry to his 4 month check up with all five kids today

it went surprisingly well

the kids loved watching the disney channel in the waiting room

i love olive and eleanor sucking their thumbs next to each other

waiting for the doctor

henry did great and the kids did pretty well

it was our first time at our new doctor's office

and he and the staff were super nice

henry weighs 15 lbs and he's 25 inches long

i found olive and henry like this earlier this afternoon

she said he was about to cry so she's helping him

she takes her job as big sister very seriously 

all dressed up for a family night out

eleanor is the happiest girl alive when michael gets home

it's the cutest!

we went out to chipotle and then to an outdoor mall

i'm pretty surprised no one jumped in

that's the last few days

life is good

ps. we've decided not to build a home

for now we're going to keep saving and try to buy in the spring

we'll see what happens
