every day nothings

michael reminded me i should blog last night
and i couldn't think of anything that had possibly happened in the last week
but then i went through these pictures
and realized that while nothing has happened, i like looking back at the little every day nothings
and that's what blogging is about, right?
so this one's for you, michael :)
eleanor has inherited my love of cleaning
and often makes messes just so she can clean them up, it seems
the other day she threw a bunch of blueberries on the ground and then immediately ran for the broom
it's a little frustrating but i know she's just two
henry usually naps in his crib
but he fell asleep with me on the bed the other day
and i thought he was so sweet laying there
look at those thighs! i just want to eat them up
olive and eleanor love to fight over me
it can make me a little claustrophobic but they're cute
 olive and michael doing tricks
i love this stop sign in our neighborhood
it makes me smile every time i pass it
olive and eleanor playing on the playground while we waited for noah and hazel
to get out of dinosaur art camp on their last day
here they are with their final creations
when we got home they showed me everything else they had made
all out of paper
crowns, purses, money, paper chains, hats
olive felt so special that noah had taken time to make her some things
like a crown and hair
eleanor just saw another mess that needed to be cleaned up :)
olive cut out a dinosaur while wearing noah's "death crown" with a laser that makes people weak
saturday morning we were on our way to the park and saw an old car show
with mosly corvettes
and stopped to look
the kids thought it was pretty neat
and michael liked it, too
saturday was a good mail day for michael
he finally got his masters degree in the mail!
sunday i wore one of my favorite dresses with my new favorite shoes
 aren't they fabulous?
i love them
later we spent some time on the trampoline
and i wanted michael to get a picture of all of us on the tramp
but first he took some of just me and the kids
and that was about as good as it got
later michael said, "can you believe they're all yours?"
which i thought was funny since they're his, too :)
but yeah, that's a lot of kids!
it didn't work as well to get all of us in a picture
but these three are cute, anyway
so, a pretty boring week i guess
but that can be the best kind
and michael left me a note every morning to find
which i loved
and michael and i watched all of season one of prison break
so that was time consuming and nerve wracking
annnnd we're thinking about building a house
which is exciting and also nerve wracking :)

You will so treasure these everyday nothings in the years to come. I love that you share your life with so many of us.

I love weeks with nothing going on. The kids are usually bored, but I love the easy going feel, especially in the summer!

And you're thinking of building a house?!! Exciting!!!

not a boring week. it's your life! :)

what an exciting (possible) adventure - a HOUSE!
we love the idaho homes, they put some much detail in them.
