 we went to salt lake to see the nativity before Christmas has past 

we didn't want to go too late, despite wanting to see the lights, since it would be even colder

so we went right after our ward Christmas breakfast

 i think it was worth seeing it in the daylight

the nativity is beautiful and so lifelike

 next we went to the church history museum 

so the kids could play

they love it there!

we ate lunch at city creek so the kids could play on the dinosaurs 

 our last stop was trader joes

michael is the cutest wearing eleanor
