Christmas eve eve

we started our morning with breakfast and games at the table 

 michael was planning on going to school but has a sore throat and stayed home

i'm so glad he did

we had really nice family time today

 we played lots of games and went grocery shopping

and then noah taught us a nice family home evening lesson

before michael put "tickets" in each stocking so we could go on a little "train ride" to see Christmas lights

 we went to the festival of lights in spanish fork

it was really fun

there were deer walking around

they were super cute

 and since this post wasn't long enough...i thought i'd post a few pics of our christmas decor

so we can remember them for years to come

i love to look back on our past christmas decor to see how it changes

this year i added a few thrifted gems

and left out some of our usual clutter

 i love our christmas card door

it really filled up this year!
