today was the preparedness fair
at our church
and besides the regular booths
with good information about food storage
and safety
there was an ambulance, firetruck and a....
helicopter!!!
we got there just in time to see it land
we got to sit in it, too
hazel didn't want to sit in it
but olive didn't mind

what an adventurous day! I know you feel so out in the middle of nowhere, but you guys see helicopters land, bomb scares at parades, find awesome stuff by your dumpster, and you're a totally happy family. what could be better?!

exciting things to see. im jealous we dont have one of those here.
that is crazy! I wish a helicopter would come teach me about food storage...
