this morning hazel was quite crafty
with the bunk bed ladder
(why haven't we disassembled that thing?)
and got herself the peanut butter m&ms
but she couldn't get herself down
then we hopped in the car to go to spokane
for stake temple day
and found ourselves a sweet van
after a very patient
and not so patient
period of saving money
for a few months
it's a 2006 Honda Odyssey
that we love
then we barely made it in time for our session
at the temple
phew
and ended the day with dinner at target (it sucked)
and a long separate drive home
since we had two cars to bring home
turns out driving together is WAY more fun
and now we're about to have second dinner
holla!

Congrats on the van!! Totally worth the wait. It looks awesome.
Awesome car!! I guess patience pays off :D
I've never heard you say Holla! That's so funny. I'm glad you're happy with your van. It's the same color as ours (only three years newer - lucky). It will be so nice to have the kids get their own space.
We say your sweet new ride when we pulled in tonight. It looked so nice... from the outside. I didn't peek in the windows or anything. That would seem a little creepy! We knocked on your door but you didn't hear us... or want to hear us?
Hooray for the new ride!
Sweet van. That is exciting news!!
Congrats on the van!
I seriously cannot believe you had a bag of pb m&ms in your house that wasn't gone before your kids could get to it. That stuff is like crack for me.
Nice wheels! It is probably so much roomier. We are going to have to squish all our kids into our honda for a while too. Congrats!
New van? So exciting!
Never thought I'd be a mini-van kind of mom, but I have to say that I love the space in a mini-van. So nice!
(thumb out).
can i have a ride?
i heart your car!
and you!
oooh...an Odyssey-that's what we want:) The old anti-minivan Ben was sold on them after he rode in our friends' Odyssey. Exciting!
I am peanut butter and JEALOUS seriously. that's the van i want! well, and also those PB m&m's :D congrats!
i'm so happy for you!! love getting new wheels!
I like the new car! But even better than the new car is your daughter grabbing the peanut butter M&M's. Smart girl! Those really are the best candies.
Congrats on the new car! And Hazel definitely knows what's up. :)
