hazel is supposed to be napping
but instead i just heard a thump
sounds like she knocked down toys
from the shelf near her crib
and now she's playing her harmonica
she sounds so happy
it seems a shame to stop her..
maybe it's different with older kids, but when Daphne is supposed to be sleeping and she's kicking and smiling at me instead, I just give up and play with her. when she's really tired, she'll fall asleep.

When my kids do that stuff, I just let them be. At least they're happy in their room, and I'm happy with them in their room "sleeping".
