seriously?

i'd never seen a gray hair on my head
until last summer
and since then i've barely seen any
then suddenly this week alone
i've found two very gray hairs
in my bang area
my parents didn't gray early
but both of my grandmas did
so today i asked my dad how early his mom
and my mom's mom grayed
he said very early
by age 30 my dad's mom
had a distinct streak of gray through her bang area
yikes!
maybe flat feet weren't the only thing i inherited
from my sweet grandma kelly

I found my first one just before my 29th birthday! I hated it!

Those first gray hairs always seem to be tramatic. I used to dye my hair for a lot of years but finally gave up and said white is good.

Love you!

I was going to say color the crap out of those grays, but I thought it would be rude.

At least we can color those grays right out.

Umm... I found my first gray hair at 16. I think that's even more depressing :}

While in Utah this last visit, I found one very gray hair. I was quite upset. I kept telling my parents, "but, I'm only 25". You are not alone sister.

I've found one in my bang area too. I pull it out every time and it always grows back in the same spot! Yuck!

Ah yes, I found a whitie in my hair right after Abby. It went away, but I bet it comes back soon. You know, a streak of gray through the hair is pretty cool-looking, though. You could definitely pull it off. Or you could dye it. ;)

If you haven't heard high school kids are dying their hair gray to be cool...no joke! They talked about it on the Today Show :) You are on your way to being in the "in" crowd! Sweet.

love the wisdom that comes with it all.

that's so funny! I pulled one out when I was 11 and put it in my book of remembrance. I guess I've always been old.

you are beautiful! but I'm sure it's still distressing. do you ever watch What Not to Wear? Stacy totally rocks the grey streak. I know you could pull it off even better.
