medicine cabinet redo

i got this really old medicine cabinet a couple years ago at a garage sale for $2.00

we keep it near our kitchen table

it holds our napkins and salt and pepper

but it made everything smell old

in a bad way

and i'm sure it has lead paint on it because it's very old

and it came from a very old house

so i tried to paint the inside red but i ran out of paint

and i added some contact paper to the bottom

but i hated that too

so...

i took out the contact paper, and gave the

off-white-cool-but-bad-smelling

medicine cabinet a fresh coat of white paint

and i think it looks much better

i kept the original knob on it but i'm not sure if i like it

we have a pretty glass knob that might go better

we'll just see where it ends up in our new place and that will determine the knob

i can't wait to find this cool medicine cabinet a new place once we move
