the first half of october

michael was SO busy at work for a bit we were hardly seeing each other

so once it a while we'd find time for a date or meet at costco during the day

dinner without michael 

 district (and final) meet

 happy he got three balls out of the machine after his 3 year check up

 mid general conference trip to wagner farms

 after the women's session of conference

 conference sunday

 crystal helped me with a funeral luncheon and we went out to lunch after

 a day off of school

 henry and eleanor now share a room

getting olive diagnosed with adhd

 late night grocery trip

 fell asleep "meditating"

donut and dog with friends

 trying to keep up with running

 husky howl

 new school pictures

 sewing together

 i went to a little in home boutique sale and bought this new pillow

 the half marathon trashed my toe

 i decorated the house a bit

 eating dinner in the pantry

 park trip for the little guys

 michael wanted to make it up to the kids that they'd had a rough morning 

while i was at a check up

and he took us to the addams family

jude is THREE!!

 my baby is three! i can hardly believe it

talk about bittersweet

 we decided on a cookie monster theme and i made this cake and cookies for it

 jude slept in so the other kids were gone

and we had the nicest morning together

i made him eggs and he had picked chocolate milk out at costco beforehand for his birthday

 we borrowed a bounce house from our friends and jude loved waking up to it

 love this boy

 we went to chick fil a for his birthday lunch

because it's his favorite and he asks to go all the time

 hazel had a district cross country meet so we grabbed mcdonalds on the way home

because every time i asked him what he wanted he said "burgers"

 we loved celebrating our boy

jude is sweet and funny

and calm and clever

and we love him so much
