sunday funday: gingerbread cookies
looking cute after church
olive made a plate of spaghetti, fork and napkin out of playdough
eleanor made a cupcake with sprinkles
olive and michael made gingerbread cookies for everyone to decorate and so we could give some
to our neighbors
he's just cute
leftover cookies for breakfast the next day
i'm glad my kids have such a sweet dad who likes to bake treats with them
matching Christmas jammies and family movie night
we had a family movie night on saturday night
with pizza and Christmas jammies
and a dance party to the home alone soundtrack afterward
it was such a fun family night
i was pretty happy to get a picture of us all in our jammies, too
we also went out to see the Christmas lights on the house
and i got a picture of our tree lit up
and this little cutie in his jammies
i love this family of mine
and having a dance party/movie night was just perfect
a busy saturday: piano recital, zoo and jude turned 2 months
noah and hazel had their piano recital saturday morning
noah, michael, and henry all wore similar gingham shirts so we had to get a picture
before their recital
they were nervous
they both did so well
relieved to be done
we went home and changed (and bundled up)
for free day at the zoo
the kids had so much fun!
eleanor kept lifting henry up to see the animals
without him asking
it was very sweet
eleanor stood in line all by herself to get in the jeep
it was a cold day so we didn't last too long
jude was 2 months on saturday
luckily between smiling and napping during the day more he is way happier
and so are we
7/8 weeks was a turning point and it's a relief for sure
he is plumping up and sleeps pretty well at night, usually only getting up once
he is less fussy
and very sweet
we love our baby jude
