the first half of february

been sewing a little :) 

sometimes jude likes to hold me instead of me holding him haha

kindergardeners are so cute

i cleaned noah's room and he was so grateful

i am way less consistent about my walks but still enjoy them when i go

i ran behind the bus to catch up to them one day as they got home and they loved it

henry loves helping make dinner

when it's nice out sometimes i make them go outside before dinner

we were eating spaghetti and meatballs and henry walked up to be and said

"we gonna lady and the tramp this thing or what?" he's hilarious

and of course i said yes

two years later and we're finally adding a door instead of a curtain

perks of having a driver

he went to the hardware store for us and picked up cookies

always at ikea :)

after a tough physical therapy session he got a rainbow milkshake before he went back to school

i finally hung the kids pictures back up

the kids got the day off of school because of snow

but it was nice to have a big breakfast and spend time together

the cute outfit she would have worn to school

we put the old nintendo in the boys closet for them to play and they love it

hazel made my valentine cookies for us 

she's sweet. i normally make them every year but she thought ahead and made the dough a few days ago and then baked and frosted them today since she didn't have school

the night before his surgery to get his tendon fixed

here we go

we thought it was going to just be his pinky 

but his tendon had retracted all the way down to his wrist

so it was a much bigger surgery than anticipated

and very painful

poor baby

grateful for sweet friends and family who sent treats and cards and gifts for him

they really helped

it was a rough few days as his brother got all the attention :)

henry had his first physical therapy appointment

he nearly passed out

jude crushed his school testing

it took us about a week but we did the railings ourselves

and only cost a couple hundred dollars

we love how they turned out

january felt LONG probably because i was recovering and then henry had surgery but i'm happy for a new month
