Uncle Kyle

Hazel watching football
Kyle and Hazel watching tv
Michael (on his back because it went out today) and Noah Peter and Niklas
Scott and Hazel
Michael and Siv Today we hung out at Kyle's house trying to move things around before we move in. By the way, we're moving in to Kyle's (Michael's brother) house at the beginning of December. Michael is quitting his job at the end of December so he can go to school full time starting in January. We'll live with Kyle so we can save money until Michael starts at UW in the summer. Then we'll move in to (hopefully) student housing in Seattle. Other big news---we bought a car. I'll blog about that later. Also, Michael's Dad's cousin Siv and her 2 sons are visiting from Sweden so we spent some time with them last night. They're super nice and I'm really glad to have met them. That's all for now.

he's only got eyes for her

i wonder what she's thinking...

oh Noah

This is so funny. Tawny just e-mailed this to me. She watched Noah for us on my birthday and took this of him while we were gone. Isn't he so funny?! Just hanging out wearing his cousin's headband. I love the crooked smile. It's funny too because he won't sit still for us to take pictures. By the way, WE MISS YOU BEN AND TAWNY!!!

Our Saturday

Hazel in her cute outfit I got for $1 at a garage sale Noah and Hazel in the stroller bundled in blankets Me and Michael Snoqualmie Falls A picture of the whole fam
Saturday we went to Snoqualmie Falls for a fun little day trip. We had a miscommunication that prevented us from hiking down (Michael thought we could take the stroller, we couldn't have without great difficulty) so we just saw it from the look-out points and got some hot chocolate. Afterward we went and saw the trains they have in Snoqualmie and explored a couple of shops. We also went to a baptism on Saturday and ended the night watching Office re-runs and drinking slurpees. Woohoo!

exciting news of the day

Tummy time Bed time It might look like Noah is about to hit Hazel with his sippy, don't worry he was about to throw it at me because he needed "mo milk". Check out his big boy undies on the floor :)
Last night Noah pooped on the toilet for the first time. I know, isn't that exciting? Then today I tried him out in big boy underwear but he peed through 2 pairs and I decided to put him back in a diaper. At least with cloth diapers we're not losing money but it isn't that fun having 2 in diapers. What else...the indoor park opened again today. It has been closed since May so it was fun to go. Michael's at school tonight and both kids are in bed and it's only 7:30. I might get to watch The Biggest Loser in peace. That or re-read The Host. Yay!

Two years of kisses

This is in the airport on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. This was taken during our engagement photos. This is Christmas day 2006.
It has been 2 years today since Michael and I shared our first kiss.

Our Cute Kids

Here's Hazel in her crib. Noah and Hazel Playing. She really loves him.
She doesn't even mind hugging/wrestling with him.
He did mind holding her for a picture before church yesterday.

Noah and Hazel's first video EVER

I'm super excited to have a place to share videos. They're too large to e-mail. Here's a video from when Hazel was less than 2 weeks old. It's really sweet and kinda funny.

My Hairy Hubby

In memory of Michael's beard. He's so cute!

More Hazel

This is one of my favorite pictures of Hazel. She's in the backseat of our stroller at the Puyallup fair. She looks like such a big girl.

Baby Hazel

Hazel is the sweetest baby. She loves to laugh. She is really easy going and so peaceful.
I recently made her a few tutus. What girl doesn't need a tutu? The first picture is her in her all white tutu, the second is of her cute little babylegs and the third picture is Noah in her tutu. It turns out I made it too big so it fit him better than Hazel.

My busy two year old

Here is why I'm going to blog---too many things like this happen on a daily basis not to be shared. Noah (all in one day) got in to my make up twice spreading liquid bronzer and mascara on his bedroom carpet and got in to Michael's hair product. This is the only one I wasn't too angry to photograph. He just wants to be like his dad.

The very first olson blog post

I'm going to give blogging a whirl. Here is the most recent picture of our family. Noah is almost 2 1/2 and Hazel is 4 months.
